As a Founder you dream of some day being able to thank and truly spoil the team that put their faith and careers on the line for your bootstrapped vision and chose to ride out the roller coaster of the startup first year and it’s absolutely crazy pace to get you to where you are today as a company - with paying clients, with a professional structure, with enterprise grade solutions and with a passionate set of peeps who are loyal to the core and … just a home away from home ….
After a year of virtually living with each other on Teams calls and playing virtual games and sharing details personal and professional and sharing all the first year excitement as a team, I had the absolute privilege to host this talented team in the Pink City of India … Jaipur … a city that is not only beautiful and the historic and cultural heart of India but one that I spent time in visiting my grandparents … and the only one that feels like ‘home’ in India and carries memories of my parents who are no longer with me today.
I can hand on heart say there wasn’t one uncomfortable moment of hesitation when we physically met each other … it was hugs and laughter and even some happy tears thrown in … genuine bonding into the wee hours of the morning from the get go … peppered with some crazed giggles … lots of alcohol… food tours … dancing … sightseeing and pyjama parties … with some workshops thrown in just to keep it sane 😂
They shined in their presentations and reiterated their dedication to our vision going into 2026 …
To my team - you are my hands and ears and voice and all of my senses and the beating heart of Synaptyx AI … and I’m honoured to be leading a team like yours … I return to U.K. with a heart full and 200% determination and feeling so empowered to give this year my all to take us where we need to go. 🤩
