Missed a whole week to update on here because life as it happens happened. Spent two weeks recovering from a surgery for the most part … feeling helpless in the face of the reality of opioid fuelled pain killers and much more else that comes with surgery complications to be able to help at work … so whilst I smelled the only type of roses allowed into hospital, for a small startup like ours, it’s been a case of -
… colleagues burdened …. deadlines missed …. meetings postponed … understanding client leads secured …. impatient client leads lost …. partnerships potentials lost …. hiring potentials lost …. marketing plans postponed …. meetings not attended … meetings not scheduled … family worried
But it has also been a whole two weeks full of so much to be grateful for -
- partnership with EnableX secured & strengthened ❤️ - gratitude felt & conveyed for the amazing team we have at Synaptyx AI that carried on and achieved so much without my support - progress made on the build of our business accelerator suite LATTICE - vital decisions made for where Synaptyx will focus - our first AI For Good initiative kickstarted and delivered for Brillio Bringing Smiles with the vital partnership of well-wishers who give their time to this good cause. Thanks Premangshu M for all that you did! We are following a model where we first teach teachers on the ground who then assist us in digitally reaching the children when we start the course with them.
I personally used some of this downtime to do some more research & get off the hamster wheel to think about strengthening some of our pitch deck messages and be a little bit more objective about our focus now solely in the Sales & Marketing function which will be our niche moving forward . 🚀🚀
Yes it’s scary to say that as it feels like you are saying no to potential business on the table but we have to be real and play to our strengths as a team and what excites us and where we can see ourselves delivering the maximum impact. 💪🎉🎉
