To - the immense pride I feel for what we have achieved in less than a year where -
.. we now have multiple clients who publicly validate the value we have brought to them … … we are confident in the longevity and the uniqueness of our positioning … we no longer question our ability to build to the quality & standards we have set for ourselves … … and most importantly we have a team who feel like family - who have stood by me , trusted me & remain committed to our vision and continue to celebrate the ups and lift each other up through the downs 🫶.

For me personally as a Woman Founder this past year has been the most incredible of all of my 23 years of work existence … It has added more to me than I could have ever imagined. I look back at it as a mix of giddy excitement, obsessive focus , sleepless nights, 200% dedication … and pure blood, sweat and tears - some happy and some not so much….
It’s in these not so happy moments, that those closest to me have lifted me up . To my rock of a husband Kapil Pant …who has always been my biggest cheerleader and believed in me more than I do in myself … and to my Crazy loving Family …
They’ve been there to listen to me rant … moan … be unashamedly needy when I felt overwhelmed and kick me in the rear when I needed it…
…and they have been there to constantly encourage me to not keep doubting myself … and spur me on 🫶
Lastly a special shout out to my 14 year old Kabir Pant who thinks mum is a SuperWoman and has learnt not only some AI in the past year but to cook for himself because even SuperMums sometimes struggle to dish out 15 snacks a day 😄…
